what’s up guys welcome to today’s
upper-body workout today we are focusing on the back and the tricep if you are
following my free 12 week workout plan here on YouTube you guys this half
way as soon as you are done today’s workout you have reached the halfway
mark that means you have 6 weeks left to go awesome work comment below let me

upper-body workout is designed with exercises to build lean muscle create
tone and definition in the back and the triceps the goal today is to get through
3 sets 12 reps of each exercise so grab those

    The streching part should be more on adequation with the muscle we use on the workout. In this video you stretched your legs but you didn’t use it.

  37. Yessss! we are half-way through. We are awesome, amazing and getting stronger and healthier everyday. I am super hype. I still have a way to go—belly, arm and thigh fat all seem to be taking its time to leave. But, I have noticed some changes these last 6 weeks. I am visualizing the end results—no belly fat, leaner arms and legs. However, I have to modify some of the exercises, I have scoliosis and have to be mindful of my back. For example, exercises like burpess are a no no, but I run in place, do grapevines, high knees etc. This is amazing. Way to go everyone.
