Vanilla Protein Latte | Lais Deleon’s Sweet Protein Treats

Hello everyone, I’m Lais DeLeon, NLA for Her Athlete and today I’m going to show you how to make my vanilla protein latte. Today’s recipe is very quick. First, we’re going to start by adding coffee a non-dairy milk and our NLA for Her vanilla cupcake protein powder into our blender. Next, we’re just going to blend, serve, and enjoy. I like this recipe because I’m bit of coffee addict, so this is great way for me to get coffee and protein all in one. Full macro breakdown and ingredient list for this recipe is right below this video. 1. I'm not a fan of using the comment section as promotion, but i just posted my first ever workout video and i would really appreciate some constructive feedback! Thanks 🙂

  2. Heyyy I thought when I mix the protein with the boiling/hot water or coffee, the protein will denaturate (the structure will change and it will no longer be protein)

Am I right or is this not the case?

EDIT: someone knows what I mean? Please answer by tagging me so I get a notification.

Don't mix hot coffee with protein it will lump it up like crazy…. mix protein and milk and then add it to the coffee for better results.

  5. just saying… the protein product says non-gmo whey protein isolate but then it has maltodextrin, corn syrup and sorts of gums and preserves… whats the point of the whey protein isolate being non-gmo lol

  6. No, I will not find you on facebook or instagram, freakin skanks, always trying to get attention, ew.
