  1. I like the Fitness Brigade a lot! After working on it 1,5 year ago, i started again last month and my body is feeling stronger again in sort time! The energy is great of doing the exercises!!

  2. I love Joi.  I am a dance teacher and 4 to 5 times a week. Joi supports the exercise I get from dancing.  It strengthens my joints and minimizes injuries.  Miriam
