better back position So most people setting up for the couch stretch
whether itís on the couch or against the wall bring that knee really close and then
just lunge nice and deep but remember this is a hip flexor stretch not a back stretch
all that movement and hyper extension Iíve got in my back is going to cause me some real
real issues if Iím not careful so, the way to adjust this pull the knee a bit further
away from the wall or couch tuck your pelvis under and keep that back straight see how
straight that back is and there Iíve just lunged forward a touch and Iím not getting
the stretch there anymore but Iím really feeling it in front of the hip that way youíve
got a safe back and youíre actually working on stretching those hips out so as a reminder
what we donít want is that lower back arching forwards like that otherwise you just wonít
