SPRI Braided Xertube: Upright Row Exercise


Hi I’m Brian Nunez SPRI Master Instructor Here at the SPRI Performance Center if your looking to kick up your workout than
you got to try the upright row using the Ignite power resistance cord start off in a standing position feet shoulder
width apart on the cord hold onto the handles palms facing the body then lift your arms all the way up to till
your ears are even with your elbow the benefits of this exercise are increasing shoulder strength and posture Remember… stand with feet shoulder width apart hold handles with palms facing up curl and raise your shoulders up throw this exercise into your next routine
for a fun, challenging and effective move
