[Music] my name is Holly Boeva I am a healthcare professional specialising in the musculoskeletal system which basically just means all of the muscles and tendons and ligaments in the body. I’m really excited because from now on every week I will be releasing some really interesting content for you all. I will be covering topics such as health, fitness, workouts, nutrition and just general well-being but I’ll also be covering some of the psychology behind it. For today we will be doing a workout for the lower abdominal muscles so the structure of this workout will be 50 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest during which time you will see me on the screen doing a preview of the next exercise. You don’t need any equipment to do this workout however you should make sure that you find a comfortable surface to do it on and if you don’t have that then you might consider using an exercise mat.
