Shaker Exercise #2

Sabina will demonstrate the Shaker Exercise Version 2 This exercise increases flexibility and strength
in the muscles which help move the voice box up during the swallow, protecting your airway. Lie flat on the bed or other surface without a pillow. Make sure
your head, shoulders, or feet are not elevated. Lift your head while keeping your shoulders flat on the bed and look at your toes. Hold for 1 second, then lower your head. Repeat 30 times. After 30 times, relax and rest for 1 minute. Repeat this 1-2 times.
