Peanut Butter Cups | Lais Deleon’s Sweet No-Bake Protein Treats

Hey everyone, I’m Lais DeLeon, NLA for Her Athlete and today I’m going to show you how to make my protein chocolate peanut butter cups. Into your food processor, you’re going to add frozen banana, peanut butter, and peanut butter powder. Then we’re going to add our NLA for Her vanilla cupcake protein powder and a non-dairy milk. Today I’m using cashew milk. Then we’re going to blend to an even consistency. Now we’re going to set our filling aside to melt our chocolate chips. We’re melting our chocolate chips in microwave using 15-second intervals. Then you’re going to take them out to see how they’re doing. You’re going to continue this process until your chocolate chips are completely melted. Once our chocolate is melted, we are going to put thin layer of chocolate at bottom of each one of our silicone cupcake molds. Next, we’re going to fill our cupcake molds nearly to top with our peanut butter filling. And we’re not done yet! Now we’re going to top these with another layer of chocolate. And the last step is to put these in freezer to set for about an hour. I love this recipe because it’s healthy version of one of my favorite chocolate treats.
