Lower Ab Exercise You Can Do At Home w/ 2 chairs


To tone up your lower abs, sit down in a folding
chair like I’m doing here, place your feet up on a table, inhale and
raise your feet up off the table. Then exhale and lower your legs back down
slowly to the table. You want to do this over and over for about eight to 12
times. If raising your feet up off the table is too
easy, then use another chair or something else lower than the table. Then
when a chair gets easier, place your legs lower on something else or
all the way down to the floor and raise your feet up. Just remember, all
you’re doing is inhaling, raising your legs up, and then you’re going
to exhale and bring your legs back down slow. Now, if you want a really good lower ab workout,
start off by doing three to five reps off the floor, then do another
five to eight reps from a chair, and finish it off by doing eight to
12 reps off a table. Rest for about five minutes and do it again, and this
will give your lower abs a great workout.

  2. NEED ADVICE! How do i loose belly weight? I've lost more than 20kilos in a year, now i weight 85kilos height 185cm. I've started running 5 months ago, was barely able to run 2km, now i cover an avarage of 15km/day at ~1:20 (33.5km in 3:04's the record so far), i also do abs workouts 3-4 times a week, as well as pushups and pullups. My upper body starts to look good, manboobs (lol) almost gone and i can see the muscle shape being fromed, but ffs NOTHINH happens to the damn belly fat!

  3. @tidushello I can feel that my abs are toned, but the fat's in the way! The reason i've started running was to loose belly weight, but that plan failed (though i rly can't imagine my life now without running, kinda addictive xD). So i'm rly confused now, and have no idea what to do 🙁 I keep away from junk food as much as possible, and try too keep a balanced diet. so i rly n eed some HELP T.T

  5. Lower abs?

    How the hell does that work? The rectus abdominus is one muscle. It shortens across it's length like all muscles and it's responsible for flexing the lumbar spine. You can't work the 'lower abs' any more than you can work upper or lower calf.
    Please, stop this nonsense and learn how the body works.

  7. @CCPbass yo , i have 4 abs and i cant see my 6 abs wich is the lowest ones.
    even though i try to feel with my hands rubbing my stomach i cant feel the lowerabs only the upper ones (4 abs) im pretty ripped but cant see any 6 pack how come?

  8. @inshape4u ure right! only diet and cardio training will burn your fat, any kind of sit-ups are used only to strength the abs, a normal body or a fat one, must loose fat first, than try to biuld abs

  10. Thanks for all your comments. If you think you can work lower or upper parts of the muscle seperately then please don't let me stop you. It's just not how the body works. There are many, many years of gym myths……

  11. Six pack abs are mainly based on body fat percentage not abdominal exercises. Do cardio. although there is an exception. Like me (ectomporph). I began with a low BF%, but still couldn't see them. This is due to the lack of muscle volume ectomorphs generally have.

  12. @CCPbass You should look into anatomy books a little bit more. Yes, it's true, rectus abdominis (not abdominous) muscle is one muscle BUT it's divided into segments by tendinous intersections and linea alba + it's innervated by 8 sources. If the muscle was either 100% on or 100% off then we'd have problems with everyday activities. Depending on your position and the degree/type of forward flexion you'll work out what people call "upper" or "lower abs".

  17. @TheBakerboy12 Don't start a diet with 15, that's my suggestion… but depend of ur actually diet you could start by removing fizzy drinks, reduce/remove fast food from it etc..
    But you're too young to start w/ a serious diet in my opinion, because u are still on growing age.
