Life Fitness Cable Machine Workout (Back Part 2)


So, this is the continuation of the back exercises.
If you get rid of these and you get yourself a rope handle. You put your rope handle on.
You can step back, take a wideish stance, lean forward and do a straight arm pull down.
So you are not bending your arms at all? No, the arms stay more or less straight all the
way through. Okay, so that’s one exercise. You could also do a face pull. So, you want
the cable sat at about chest height, you take hold. You will rotate the palms to face out
and you pull into the face. All the way up to your face.
So that’s another back exercise. You could do this as a combination exercise with a squat.
Squat and into the face pull. Squat into face pull. And done.
