Welcome. I’m Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs and today we’re talking about one of my favorite formulas Hercules formula this is our pre-workout formula. Now I do a lot of strength training myself and I was tired of the fact that everything out there that’s a pre-workout formula is loaded with all kinds of artificial crap. So I like the effects of some of those things but I wanted something that was all natural and that’s why we brought out Hercules formula. This is a blend of six different herbs and there’s nothing else in there. There’s Black Ant Extract, Maral Root, Cistanche. Cordyceps Rhodiola and Shilajit. These different herbs are working on different mechanisms, some support recovery, some are adaptogenic, some give you usable energy right away. So altogether this helps you have a better workout. Many people have noticed when they take this that they have just more energy to go even longer with their workouts, to have more endurance and have more strength and power in the moment. Our tagline for this is feel as powerful as the gods and once you try it you’ll see that for yourself. So few tips on taking this. The dose is one teaspoon to 1 tbsp before your workout. I recommend taking it about 15-30 minutes before your workout. If you warm up some water the heat in that can actually help with its delivery a little bit so you make it into a tea basically, but just mix 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of Hercules into water and down that quickly. Now, because it’s not filled with artificial flavors or sugar or any sort of crap it’s not the best tasting thing the world but it’s really not the worst tasting thing either. So just man up and take it and then you’ll get the benefits with it it. It is a pre-workout formula but like I said a lot of the stuff in there it’s really going to support recovery and do much else, so while we recommend you taking it right before your workout you really could take it other times if you so choose.
