  1. This was a great description of how knee drive is important to prevent over-striding. I'm sure I used to over stride more than I do now, and over the years I've become more of a mid-food striker, compared with being a heel striker.

  2. I dont overstride but I do find it easier to go faster if I raise the knee more. Great video. Please can you do a 2 min vid on glute activation while running.
