    2. Keep body fat % reasonable all year round
    3. Don't eat past daily caloric requirements year round (or too few calories)
    4. Calculate daily macros and calories and focus on hitting them
    5. Do as many workouts in fasted state as possible (cardio and weight training)
    6. Carb cycling
