  12. You never mentioned that this curl is for the short head of the bicep and that the peak is on the top of the long head, so this exercise is not hitting peak so much like some other exercises, this one is mostly for the width of a bicep

  13. WTF this is not a preacher curl, this just a concentrated curl. Your suppose to take out your forearm out of the exercise and the way you do it is by leaning forward your wrist on the full motion.
