Home Gym Shoulder Workout with Limited Workout Equipment

hi guys this is MC Jeong today I’d
like to share with you how to effectively work out your shoulders
at home for your information I only work out at home there was a time I used
to hit the gym and work out for one to two hours but just because I’m a full
time worker and dad, I do not have any time to work out this is another reason
I decided to work out at home. Anyway, today’s all about shoulder exercises I
only have a pair of adjustable dumbbells The maximum weight is 24
kilogram and I have a weight vest which weighs up to 30kg and I recently
purchased tuning bands I think tuning bands are really awesome for
those who have injured shoulders particularly because by using tuning
bands instead of Barbells and dumbbells you’re not gonna put a lot of pressure
on your shoulders okay the top-secret off my shoulder exercises has something to do with my rest
time just because I do not have much time I take a break less than one
minute between sets that way I can hit my shoulders again before it entirely
recovers so the whole exercise for my shoulders lasts only about 15
minutes some people might say fifteen minutes is not enough to build
and strengthen your shoulders but trust me it has been working out for me and
it’s going to work out for you so the order of shoulder exercises goes
like this number one Pike pushup you can also replace it with weighted
Pike pushup or handstand pushup if necessary
number two dumbbells shoulder press number three shoulder giant set number four
band giant set okay this is it for shoulder exercises oh one more thing I
don’t want to say this and there’s no other way to say it so I’ll just say it
