Gym Workout Routine for Women (FULL BODY CABLES!!)


Hey, everybody! It’s Susan with ATHLEANXX for Women. Today we’re going to be doing a full body
cable workout. The first exercise is plank tricep extension. With the opposite hand you’re going to bring
your elbow next to your body, and you’re going to extend your arm up toward the ceiling really
engaging that tricep. Our second exercise is lateral lunge pulls. With this you’re going to stand with your
feet somewhat apart. You’re going to hold the cable. Our third exercise: one armed rows. You’re going to grab the cable with one arm,
you’re going to go back into a split squat positon and you’re just going to row your
one arm back. Our next exercise is rope crunch. You’re going to get on your ground on your
knees, you’re going to grab the rope with your hands and you’re just going to crunch
your abs in as tight as you can, and you’re just going to let the rope go, and then once
again you’re going to engage the abs by crunching in. Our fifth exercise is rope curls. You’re going to lay on the ground with your
legs out in front of you. You’re going to grab the rope by the top and
you’re just going to curl it up. Think about really getting a nice, tight curl
and then letting the rope all the way out. Our last exercise is back lunge lateral raises. Grab the cable with your left hand and you’re
just going to do a back lunge with your right leg, and then as you come up you’re just going
to extend your arm up toward the ceiling, really hitting that shoulder. Okay, you guys. With this full body cable workout I want you
to think about doing anywhere form 12-15 reps per exercise, three rounds, then move onto
