Develop cheekbones, firm cheeks and sculpt jawline in 3′ per day Imagine 2 points in the middle of your upper and lower lip, and open your mouth by drawing a large oval. Place an index finger on the top of each cheekbone and
smile with the corners of lips then release. Repeat the movement 45 times. Stretch your lips to cover the teeth. Push the corners of lips as high and as far as possible. The index fingers do not move, but are put in motion
by zygomatic muscles. Remember to keep your upper lip stretched on the teeth. Stretch the corners of the lips toward the ears
as far as possible at each movement. 10 movements left 🙂 Open your mouth and stretch the corners of lips upwards
while covering your teeth with your lips. Place the pulp of the fingers on the cheeks so as to feel
the swelling of the muscle. Hold on the contraction and count to 40. Remember to keep the upper lip pressed on the teeth
and to stretch the corners of lips upward. You should begin to experience a slight feeling
of warmth on the sides of face. Come on, another 15 seconds of effort. Hold on the contraction and stretch the corners of lips
as far as possible toward the ears. Release by breathing out. Open the mouth while pressing your lips against the teeth. Place an index finger on the chin and exert
a slight pressure downward. Open the jaw in a slow, deep motion, then close the jaw by raising the chin a few centimeters. Repeat 10 times. The movement should start from the corner of lips
to make the muscle work in depth. Keep the lips firmly pressed against the teeth. Stretch the corners of the lips toward the ears at each movement. Another 3 movements 🙂 At the 10th movement, hold on the chin upward
and the jaw closed, and count to 10. Hold on the contraction by stretching the corners of lips outward of face. Release by blowing through your tighten lips. Thanks for watching! Practice daily to keep
