  2. omg i love this workout so much ! i've been other resistant band workout here but this is the top one ! i love how my muscle really felt and burnt after done this. this help me a lot especially w my shoulder injury and tbh, i hate doing push ups. can u please do more workout using resistance workout ? there a only fews at yt. thanksssss 🙂

  9. The set of exercises is absolutely great.The moves are truly inspiring and induce their execution. Simple, easy workable, repetion ,speed are ,however, relevant.Thank you for sharing. Would love to see more core workouts.

  10. Good workout. Felt the burn. One thing tho, She does same 15 min workout twice in this one. There are a lot of 10-15 min band. Was looking for a 30.

  13. I love her videos. I love that she's fit,and unlike some of them on here 'instructing',she's actually FIT. Not out of breath and breathing uncontrollably more than their views.such a turn off. Plus she's not Telling you how " hard it is".

  17. How long is the tube resistance band that Christine Curry uses on her 30 Minute Full Body Workout video? The tube band I have is 47 inches and it is too short for some of the exercises.

  23. I really likes this workout overall BUT I am not sure if this was intentional or not but the press behind gluet move for the left side on the first round was missing. And we skipped lunges with bicep curls on the 2nd round. Otherwise it was goo overall workout

  27. Good workout but bit too fast to get the form (no way for beginners), I don't recommend intey bands for that :-/

  34. My favourite morning workout! Hard, but enjoyable and very effective! I do it 2-3 times a week and after a month the body looks nearly as a the trainer Christine 🙂 If I do not have too much time or do not feel super well, I do just 1 cycle that take 15 minutes – this amount of time in the morning anybody can invest! Thanks!
