FOLLOW ALONG HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT (Burn fat while keeping curves)


What’s up everybody and welcome back to my channel so today, we’re going to do HIIT cardio and ehm.. let’s just be honest right here I’m not really looking forward to this but it is necessary so just know… that I don’t enjoy this… just like you! but HIIT cardio will give you absolutely aaaaamazing results not only you’ll burn a lot of calories during the exercise but you’ll also burn calories hours after your workout is over plus it also helps you retain a lot of lean mass so yes ladies we get to keep these curves while we are working out and doing cardio so… withour further ado all we need for this workout is maybee… some pre workout I took some before if you can’t tell I will be linking my pre workout down below if you want to try it out but yea other than that, all you need is basically just a mat which means you can do this at home or at the gym where ever you actually want to do it so yea without further ado let’s get into this workout

  12. This is almost identical to a class I do everyday other Tuesday… definitely great results on this one. CAUTION: if you slack off by doing these half-hearted then you are only cheating yourself
