  2. Das Winkeln zwischen Oberkörper und ausgestreckten Beinen funktioniert bei mir, es ist ein L. Aber sobald ich die Beine ausstrecke, verschiebt sich mein Körperschwerpunkt (?), die Hüfte geht nach hinten weg, die Füße neigen sich dem Boden zu und meine Beine sind überhaupt nicht mehr parallel zum Boden; ich kippe nach vorn weg, das L ist stabil, hängt aber schief. Wenn ich hänge, sind die Beine parallel zum Boden, aber wenn ich mich mit den Händen stütze, "falle" ich vorn über. In einem anderen Video habe ich gesehen wie jmd. die Hüfte sogar nach vorn geschoben und einen 45 Grad Winkel geschafft hat, die Hüfte lag vor den greifenden Händen, bei mir liegt sie "weit" dahinter. Ich denke, würde ich die 45 Grad schaffen, würde ich noch mehr nach vorn über machen und sich meine Hüfte noch mehr nach hinten schieben und meine ausgestreckten Beine eher senkrecht zum Boden stehen, mit den Füßen nach unten, als würde ich in den Handstand übergehen wollen.
    Was braucht es, damit meine ausgestreckten Beine parallel zum Boden bleiben? Dieses Problem habe ich so noch nirgend anders gelesen, als ob jeder das L mit Beinen parallel zum Boden schafft…?

  7. I'm 42 I just can't see me being able to do handstands or L sit. I'm doing pull ups and dips along with dumbbells but I can't even ? stand. I think my strength needs improving

    NEVA for "skin the cat." i don't even like watching this! i'm a writer. i really need my arms because my hands are attached to them. even if i wasn't a writer, i love having arms. not going to do anything that might pop them off like a baby doll's arms.

  15. Seeing as I have plateaued with bodybuilding after sustaining an injury I decided to refocus my training and be the best I can be. Long story short I have enrolled in this program. Worth the $200.
