Today’s video is all about “How to reduce your arm fat” with simple and easy exercises. This exercises can give you amazing results in just 15 days. You cannot lose fat on a specific portion of your body for that you need to lose your overall body fat. This can be achieved by following a strict low carb diet and cardio exercises. Along with this if you follow these exercises you can see results on your body in no time. I have already done videos on weight loss diet and cardio workout to watch that click on the link given below in the description box Try to follow exercises in its right way. Simple mistakes while doing exercises can stop you from getting effective results Hence try to follow these exercises in its exact manner. So Lets Begin with the exercises This video is designed in a manner so that you all can follow along with me. I have set the time limit for each exercises along with rest period. So Just click and start the workout with me. No.1: Raise your hands and hold it at your shoulder level Make sure you do not raise your hands above or below shoulder level. Without bending cross your hands in front, in this manner Always keep in mind to maintain your hands straight even while crossing. You should be able to feel a stretch in your arms…. this is an indication that you are doing the exercise appropriately. Do this 20 times Then rest for 10 seconds And repeat once again for 20 times When you are taking rest for 10 seconds make sure you loosen up your arms a bit. So Lets Begin with the first Set. 10 seconds rest Now the second exercise Again raise your hands and hold it at shoulder level then rotate each hands forward and backward at the same time. In this manner Make sure you do not raise your hands above or below shoulder level. Do this for 20 times After that take a break for 10 seconds And repeat for 20 times So lets begin with the first set 10 seconds rest Third exercise Fold your hands and hold it in front of your body in this manner And raise your elbows You will feel a slight pull in your arms while doing this exercise This is actually good.. which means you are doing this exercise correctly So Lets Do this 20 times Raise your elbows as high as possible 10 seconds rest Again 20 times Fourth Exercise: Raise your hands just above your shoulders But do not raise it too high… maintain the level I am showing here Then Lower your hands and hold it in this position Do this exercise for 30 seconds And perform this exercise at your maximum speed I am repeating once again do this exercise in the speed you are comfortable at. Our aim is to lose weight not get hurt. So keep that in mind So Lets Begin : 30 seconds Take a break for 10 seconds And repeat for another 10 seconds Now we have come to the last exercise For this exercise you require weights. Most people might not possess dumbbells at home even me… instead just take a water bottle with a capacity of 1 litre and fill it with water. This weight is enough for the exercise So take the water bottle and do the exercise in this manner Make sure you raise your hand straight then bend your hands and hold it in this manner and then come back to the old position Do this for 20 times Now do this on the other hand Take a break for 10 seconds Then repeat the second set on the right hand for 20 times Now repeat second set on left hand for 20 times So thats all Do this exercise twice daily along with that as mentioned earlier in this video follow a strict diet and cardio workout you will quickly start to see results Else you might take sometime to lose fat. Hi sangeetha what about underarm flab’s is it possible with similar ones after delivery n feeding I am having underarm flab’s it looks lump but not painful … had seen many doctors they diagnosed nothing … but can’t wear sleeveless or short sleeves it will shown what can I do to reduce that!!!
